Finance Training Manager

Our Home Improvements Company, one of the largest in the UK, has now been operating for over 50 years, and has a combined turnover of £225k.

With its manufacturing facilities and home office based in Norwich, the Finance Team is looking for an experienced Finance Training Manager to cover support on all aspects of Finance, in allocated regions of the country. This role will report to the Head of Financial Services.

We are interested in finding a passionate trainer to ensure all-round competency within our Sales force, including follow-up administration, and quality checks.

The Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

* Finance Training and support for new and current Finance Training Advisors, Regional Sales Managers, Assistants, and Sales Representatives.
* Co-ordinate and/or Deal with Regional Finance Complaints.
* Monitor Customer Care calls for “Home” Region.
* Undertake Appraisals for all Regions with FTA support.
* Complete Sales Representative Accompanied Sits as per standards and provide feedback.
* Be fully competent in Finance Document Completion and/or e-signature and be able to confidently train others to do the same
* To review regional KPI performance.

The Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

* Delivery of appropriate approved training modules to ensure Finance Products are sold in a compliant manner.
* Training and competence of New Starter Representatives
* Completion of 5 Representative Appraisals per week.
* Undertake and review 2 Accompanied Sits per week
* Research of Finance Complaints (Heat Calls)
* Increasing usage of Lender e-signature systems.
* Reducing wrong document levels, and managing / resolving Finance Holds on SQL
* Achieving key tasks within deadlines
* Working within company policy.
* Follow weekly Operating Rhythm.

Qualifications and Experience required:

* Financial Services and/or Home Improvement industry experience
* Clear understanding of current financial services regulation
* Ability to analyse data and agree L&D strategies to support business growth
* Fully experienced in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Office

Skills and Abilities:

* Exemplary presentation skills
* Demonstrable coaching skills
* Experience of designing and delivering blended learning solutions
* Professional gravitas to be able to build effective working relationships with senior sales management function
