Do you have experience of working with "on boarding" high net worth customers?

Do you have experience of working within a digital currency environment?

Then you will be required to take responsibility of the day to day management of on boarding customers and supporting them and other support functions, within the company, through this activity.

Key responsibilities:

* Drive customer registration, account registration, wallet set up and trading.
* Driving end to end on-boarding processes - account registration and set up, wallet management and trading. This includes a focus on continuous improvement
* Develop and own the on-boarding process and policy management, and align to the Operating Service Guide
* Manage end to end order issuance policies and associated processes
* Ensure compliance and due diligence controls adhered to
* Responsible for managing the KYC/CDD processes with support where required
* Any other activities as required by the management team

Additional Responsibilities:

* Focusing on SLAs and returns, while ensuring seamless efficiency by eliminating duplication of tasks and creating automation
* Optimise efficiency by owning the streamlining of processes and managing KPIs with stakeholders within the on-boarding and account support area
* Focus on continuous improvement
* Ensure the team complies with all Health, Safety and Environmental processes and systems.

You will need to be:

* costumer focused including user experience
* comfortable in working in a virtual team
* prepared to get involved at all levels/parts of the process
* focused on continuous improvement and looking for new ways of working
* professional in your approach

You must have:

* significant experience in on-boarding related activities
* experience of working withing a technology focused environment
* experience of working with financial institutions
* a good level of IT including Microsoft packages - Microsoft Dynamics AX would be an advantage
* advanced analytical skills

Knowledge of CI and project management methodologies along with a degree level qualification would be desirable

The role is office based and is a 40 hour working week - normal office hour.
