Description
I am currently recruiting for a well known organisation in Glasgow; you will be located in the head office in the East End of Glasgow. The contract can go perm if you impress during your temp period

The main duties of the role will be:

* Answering telephones when needed
* Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email- resolving them or passing them on to the correct staff
* Scanning financial documents
* Filing of finance related documents
* Processing of purchase ledger invoices (low volume)

Experience which would be beneficial

* A good understanding of basic Microsoft packages, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
* Experience in a similar role
* A finance degree or background would be beneficial
