Mortgage and Life Administrator.
Job title: Mortgage and Life Administrator.
Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 per annum plus additional benefits.
Location: Fulham.

Fantastic opportunity to join a successful mortgage broker based in London. The Mortgage and Life Administrator will be working directly with the company’s top broker.

General duties:

* Communicate with and establish courteous relationships with Clients.

* Manage all mortgage cases from submission, to offer, exchange and completion.

* Liaising with banks, lenders and clients to ensure the highest level of service possible is attained.

* Completing the Client Completion Packs (including the distribution of champagne and referral vouchers).

* Ensure a high level of data input accuracy is recorded at all times.

Mortgage case management:

* Liaise between lenders, solicitors, surveyors, clients and colleagues to progress mortgage cases.

* Manage all mortgage cases to offer, exchange and completion and keep client’s updated.

* Raising all new cases on the in-house software Mortgage Stream, Pipeline and Horizon.

* Ensuring that all case paperwork and client correspondence is up to date and filed away appropriately.

* Ensuring that all the required case documentation is forwarded to the lenders and solicitors.

Life insurance case management:

* Liaising with insurance providers, clients, colleagues and GP surgeries, dealing with their queries concerning the life and general insurance applications.

* Ensuring clients understand the terms and the extent of the cover provided in line with industry regulations.

* Getting suitable terms for clients from providers.

* Raising new life insurance and general insurance cases within the Mortgage Stream system and Pipeline and Horizon software system.

* Ensuring that all case paperwork and client correspondence is up to date and filed away appropriately.

* Ensuring that all the required case documentation is forwarded to the life
