Sage Business Development Representative - Inside Sales £20k + OTE

A Glasgow-based Sage partner is looking for a predominantly field based Business Development Representative to work alongside their existing Sage Sales Team and generate new business in a growing Sage 200 platform within the SME and Mid-Market. As they seek to build their sales team, you will be responsible for creating leads and generating new perspective clients. You will also be involved in the existing Sales process and be involved in closing business from an early beginning.

This role has become available due to the considerable success that my client is actively experiencing. As a result, there are opportunities for ambitious Salespeople to grow and develop within this position into a Business Development Manager, and then Sales Team Leader positions. The base salary is £20k with an expected first year OTE of £35k, a number which has been calculated based on expected sales and a reasonable performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a money hungry individual to earn great commission from the outset. On top of this, industry leading training is offered.

Required Skills:


• Experience in Financial Software sales - ideally Sage 200 or X3
• Knowledge of the Sage Market and ERP Solutions in general.
• Ability to liaise with C-Level executives.
• UK-wide travel will be necessary within the role for client meetings.
