Description
Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of our client based in South Leeds - on the outskirts of Wakefield - to join their Finance team on a fixed term basis for 6 months with the view to go permanent.
The successful person will have good admin and data input skills, along with strong communication skills both written and verbal over the telephone, and will be keen to pursue a career in finance. They are happy to support and teach the Purchase Ledger aspect of the role so this experience is not essential but if someone has some experience in finance that would be beneficial.

Location: South Leeds - Outskirts of Wakefield
Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 dependent on experience
Duration: 6 Months Fixed Term
Duties:
- Process invoices
- Process BACS/cheque payments
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Query resolution
- Manage and process staff expenses
- General accounts administration
