PRODUCTION ARTIST / ARTWORKER / ACCOUNT MANAGER - PACKAGING

MANCHESTER BASED

Looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Role Production Artist to work as part of a team. The candidate must be someone who is highly motivated, organised and has excellent understanding off the flexographic print and packaging industry.

Working alongside other members of the studio on a range of accounts while taking responsibility for assigned clients. Booking projects into our M.I.S., liaising with our off-site teams while continuing to perform day-to-day reprographic tasks for this and other clients. Your position and duties form part of a new approach which has been adopted, within the studio, that better align the business to operate in today’s ever changing market place.

Job Responsibilities - Account Management

- Responsible for the management of assigned customer accounts to an efficient and effective standard.

- Ensure all work is administered correctly and processed in good time, to meet customer demands and in accordance to the procedures and expectations.

- Achieve and maintain the optimum level of customer service and delivery expectations through best working practice.

- Enable the sales growth of your clients through excellent customer service and continual improvement of your performance.

- Promote effective and professional communication in all aspects of your role.

- To receive, check and ensure instructions given by the Customer/Representatives are fully understood and workable.

- Inform production management, customer and sales of any risk, issues or queries that could potentially harm the service and performance of your accounts.

- To ensure all systems/procedures are adhered to and to promote new procedures as necessary to improve the performance of your accounts.

- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with clients and other departments.

- Receive and deal with any complaints or queries to a final conclusion.
