The caravan is pitched on Drake, at Park Dean Resorts Cayton Bay, a prime location close to the main facilities at Cayton Bay Holiday Park. It features a spacious side decking and a secure shed to the rear, offering additional storage and outdoor living space.

Internet connectivity is excellent, with Starlink providing average speeds of over 150 Mbps. (Note: Starlink equipment is not included in the sale but can be left in place for an additional cost.)

The caravan is being sold due to the owner's business and family commitments, which prevent full use of the property.

If the Carvan is to remain in place on the park, buyers will need to enter into a ‘Pitch License Agreement’ with Park Dean, and the new owner will not have lease of the land the Caravan is situated on, meaning if any improvements such as paving, additional decking areas etc, the owner will need to work with the park to complete the required processes.
