In this role you will act as a HR Administration Team Leader, with line management responsibility for 2 HR Administrators. Your role would be focused on managing the recruitment and onboarding process, allocating workload and ensuring the process runs smoothly and efficiently. You would also have the opportunity to work alongside an expereinced Senior HR Advisor to deliver on company HR objectives. This is a full-time office-based role predominately based in Shirley Solihull B90. There is some flexibility around start and finish times to suit the successful candidate, as long as they complete their contracted 37.5 weekly hours. The successful candidate will come have a demonstrable background in HR Administration and/or Recruitment at Team Leader / Manager level, supported further by a CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification.
