Some responsibilities but not limited: ·Front reception duties to meet and greet customers·General lettings administration to include tenancy agreements·Preparing AST's along with sales letters administration·Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries·Ensuring the office is presentable and updating window displays and updating the website on a regular basis·Arranging necessary advertising of properties·Other general administration duties as they arise You will need to have: ·Previous experience in Sales & Lettings Administration·Well presented with excellent communication skills·High customer service skills·An excellent knowledge of computer packages and software (CFP and Dezrez/Rezi) preferred·Ability to prioritise workload and able to meet deadlines This role will be a busy and challenging so a friendly personality and someone who can multi task with a 'will do' attitude are essential 28 days holiday inc Bank Holidays Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm with one hour for lunch Salary £25,000 paPlus end of year commission/bonus approx £2,000 pa (pro rata)
