Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be aiding a growing organisation in searching for a HR Advisor on a 12 Month Full Time Contract. The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a fast paced environment and have experience in dealing with general HR duties such as administration, reference checks, Right to Work checks, file administration, HR project work, and answering HR related queries. Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and guidance to all areas of the business on employee relations issues. Ensure the compliance is in place for all people movements, including registration in country, assignment documentation and Right to Work checks are in place. Aid in the planning and running of training sessions. Co-ordinate processes such as employee surveys and performance reviews. Implement and deliver all operational and company policies and procedures. Support the People Team on wider projects as required. General HR administration duties. Key Requirements:- Proven working background as a HR Advisor in a faced paced environment. Good knowledge of UK Employment Law. Well organised and able to prioritise tasks. Willing to learn and have a growth mindset. Excellent communicator and can build relationships at all levels. Good attention to detail. Hours: 8am to 5pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - Flexible/hybrid working is available. Assistant Estimator My Client within the Construction industry is looking for an Assistant Estimator to work within their office based in the Stroud area of Kent. You will ideally have approx a years experience within this role. This is a great role for someone looking for their next step into Estimating and a rare chance to get on the career ladder within this side of construction. Estimator Role Prepare estimates for specified responses to PQQs, ITTs, pitches and proposals in conjunction with marketing and business development manager. Hand over budgets to commercial / QS department for take on. Estimator Responsibilities Creation, management and monitoring of budgets for tenders, pitches and proposals Hand over of information to commercial department and maintenance of information on Project Probe. Estimator Key Tasks Compiling assigned compliant and competitive tenders, within deadlines. Pre-handover budget compiling and guided value engineering. Post-handover budget inputting onto Project Probe. Ensure all assigned opportunities and tenders are tracked and chased and results noted, including conversion to next stage, or closure. Update subcontractor, supplier and client information on Project Probe, as necessary. Attend estimating meetings as required. Attend assigned handover meetings and ensure all information is agreed and recorded. Continue liaison with commercial and contracts departments as required. Liaise with procurement, ordering and finance for pricing and costs of labour and materials. Liaise with materials suppliers and sub-contractors as required.
