Your new company Our client are one of the largest New Build Housing companies with a strong presence in South Yorkshire. One of their largest and high profile projects is seeking to appoint a site manager to their team. Your new role This role is based on a large private housing development in South Yorkshire. As site manager you will take on a portion of the works from which will involve the complete ownership of a core section of the works. Your daily tasks will be the managing of your team of subcontractors , liaising with your clients and internal stakeholders and ensuring company health and safety policies are being followed. What you'll need to succeed Our client are seeking an experienced site manager with previous experience of working within a housing or residential sectors. Ideally from a trade background with strong all round knowledge you will need excellent communication skills and an ability to thrive in a large site team environment. You will have an up to date SMSTS and in date first aid. This role may suit an experienced Assistant Manager looking to step into a site management position.
