We hold an exclusive contract with this client and you will not be able to apply for this job any where else. Your new role You will be manning the gate for the arrival of deliveries & visitors to the site, and you are then expected to sign each vehicle in & direct them around the site. JOB DESCRIPTION: Service engineer - Mechanical Engineer - Machinery Do you have a hands-on service / maintenance / technical support / mechanical engineering background? We need an experienced mechanical engineer or service technician with a hands-on engineering background to provide technical support, service, and reactive maintenance on our machines when they break down. Our workshop is based in Birmingham, and we supply our machines to a variety of industrial customers, largely within a few hours of our site, but occasionally you may have to travel further and maybe stay away if you need to. You'll be home based - the split is about 80% service and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), 20% reactive covering technical support and troubleshooting.
