Services: OPTION 1 - Relaxing full body massage - relax and unwind with this full body massage and let the stress ease away. Heated floor based. Duration: 1 hour £50, duration 1hr 30min £65 OPTION 2 - Flexibility full body massage - the massage is performed as a regular massage but incorporates stretches to the main muscle areas to help with flexibility and posture. Unlike my other massages, this treatment is performed on the floor to give more space and requires the client to move through a range of different positions during the appointment. This is suited to clients that already have a degree of flexibility and core strength. Heated floor based. Duration: 2hour £80 Appointments Offered: Appointment times can be extended to suit the individual and various aspects of the massages I offer can be combined. To discuss these options please get in touch and we can discuss your needs and suitability. Daytime appointments available Monday – Friday 10am -5pm and Saturday 10am -2pm in a private and clean environment. Occasional evening appointments may be offered where possible. Please message me for availability or further information. COVID information All equipment used is cleaned and disinfected before and after use. Adequate time is allowed between clients to ensure that the room can be refreshed/ventilated, and the floor and all contact areas (door handles etc) can be cleaned. Shower facilities are NOT offered.
