Job lot of HARDCOVER ANNUALS ranging from 1976 to 1981. Please refer to pictures for details of title and year published. All books still firmly together. The covers on some have light wear to corners and spine ends. Some of the pages are off white due to their age. The puzzles / crosswords have been completed. The Fab 208 and Mates 1976 annual are in fair condition as some pictures have been cut out (by a lovestruck teenager!). Some writing inside. All the others are in good condition. X-Men Classics #3 - Published 29th Nov 1983 Reprinted from Uncanny X-Men #62 Having recovered from his battle against Sauron, Angel learns from Havok and Lorna that the X-Men went after Karl Lykos at the Anderssen residence. There, Warren finds Mr. Anderssen and learns that the X-Men subsequently went to Tierra Del Fuego, going after Anderssen's daughter Tanya who had foolishly gone after Lykos who went there to die. Finding Tanya, she explains that Lykos died and tells him that his fellow X-Men had gone down below the icy cavern to find the body. Warren flies down and finds that the cavern leads to the Savage Land, where he is attacked by Pterodactyls. Struck by one of the dinosaurs, Warren plummets to the prehistoric jungle below. Will Jean be able to save Scott before Cable is forced to end his own father? 6.5 Grade - The basic minimum for most collectors but depends on your budget! This is a comic with wear showing on the edges or stress around the staples. Still clean and flat with a small mark or cover writing but I do mean small. Pages may be yellowing slightly but no brown edges. Above average, read a few times and stored away with at least some concern. A staple may be detached but, if that' the case, the rest of the comic should appear Very Fine.
