Olivetti ECR 2350 Cash Register – Working, Faint Printing Issue The machine powers on and all functions operate correctly. The keyboard responds, the display works, and the cash drawer opens as expected. The only issue is with printing. The text prints very faint and is difficult to read, even after installing a new ink ribbon. Likely cause: This model uses an impact print system with an ink ribbon. Since the ribbon has already been replaced, the faint print is most likely due to a worn print head or reduced pressure in the printing mechanism.
