Pizza Hut Delivery Unit - Support Manager

As a Support Manager in Delivery business, your role will see you leading the team in maintaining our high brand standards on each and every shift you run. You will have the drive to motivate and coach the team to provide a level of service that ‘wows’ our customers, and keeps them coming back time and time again.

As part of the Management team, you will be responsible for areas including:

- Driving sales through local store marketing

- Maximising sales on every shift

- Managing and coaching team members to consistently deliver excellent service

- Maintaining Pizza Hut’s high brand standards and procedures on each shift

- Great customer service through speed and quality product

- Controlling costs in order to deliver business profit.

- Working closely with the management team to help grow the business.

The ideal candidate should be:

- You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and Ireland to be considered for this position.

- Be 21 years of age or over.

- Be flexible, able to work day shifts and evenings, especially weekends

- Be able to work 30+ hours per week once qualified as a Support Manager.

- Have had supervisory experience

We are looking for individuals with strong personalities who are capable of achieving goals and targets whilst conforming to the guidelines of our business. Your communication skills will be of a high standard and you will understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you will be recruited as a team member with the intentions of moving to Support Manager status within 2-3 months depending on your ability.

This is an hourly paid position starting at £6.20 as a Team Member and moving to £6.85 once qualified as a signed off Support Manager within 3 months if capable.
