Hi there,

I am based in Bedforshire and work full time in London in IT company. If you guys need computer network design or support from scratch,(Cabling, Computer/Server Installation and setup, Account management/File Share etc) then let me know. I am Cisco certified and work within IT infrastructure for over 3 years.

My expertise:

-Cisco CCNA certified
-Wide range of IT/Computer Literacy (End user support, hardware/software configuration platform, network & windows installation etc).
-Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, File Server DNS, FTP, terminal services
Windows server 2003/2008/NT/XP Professional/vista/windows7,Microsoft Office Suite 2003/ 2007, Anti Virus/Windows Server manager/Printer Hardware/TCP/IP/LAN/WAN, Switches Routers, TCP/IP, BGP, LAN, WAN,PPP, Subnetting, Network traffic analysis, Packet tracing, routing protocols, cdp,TCP/IP/, VLANs, configuration, wireless.
-Working experience of SQL/Database and web servers.
-Additional experience of Website Development (CMS, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Apache, Joomla, Macromedia DreamweaverTM, JavaScript, CSS, Adobe suit and FTP).
-Mitel, Blackberry Enterprise Servers, Remote connections, Citrix environment
-Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

* Diagnose hardware and software problems, fix most of problems and advise on solutions.

* Troubleshoot and fix networking problems.

* Advise on the purchase of new hardware and appropriate Operating Systems.
