Booking clerk and telephonist needed for a taxi a company

We are looking for a Booking Clerk and Telephonist.

You will be working in our busy call centre as transportation and vehicle coordinator  in Chadwell Heath, RM6, East London.

Ideally looking for someone who can work LONG TERM JOB and no time wasters please and please do not contact us just to try out this job or for temporary solutions.  The training for a new employee takes at least 6 to 8 weeks, therefore please do not waste your and our time.

You must have a good standard of spoken and written English. Fast typing skills are essential.

It would be an advantage if you would have previous experience in working at Taxi/Minicab Office and speak tamil but  not essential. 

You must have previous experience in admin or telephonist work. For the start we will be offering 30 to 40 hours per week  and you must be flexible with your hours and days.

Pay will be discussed at the time of interview depending on your experience, skills and flexibility.

Job Responsibilities:

Taking new bookings and dealing customers enquires over the phone.

You will be dealing with over 200 emails with customers inquiries on a daily basis.

Allocating and dispatching ASAP and pre-bookings to drivers.

Driver monitoring

Coordinating and liaising between drivers and customers.
