Room for professional female lady

Lovely room for working female/ lady, I am choosing girl because they are generally cleaner and less problematic then boys.

It's a one room in shared 2 room flat, shared bathroom and kitchen by me a male. Hopefully looking for long term roommate that's why I preferably say working female/ lady because if you have a job and like the location then maybe you would like long term sharing also. Your room is complete with tables, TV, bed, sofa/ sofa bed and other essential things needed to feel at home. Nicely decorated and clean. I doubt you will have any problems with the place except I need to get new bedframe as last one broke from last person, however a mattress is in the room and upon person wanting to move in new bedding will be acquired. Located in Sydenham, 2mins from train stn and main bus routes. Just round the corner from penge, crystal palace, forest hill.
