We specialise in Telephone-based Solution Focused Brief Therapy for successful, highly motivated individuals whose anxiety and / or depression is getting in the way of the successes they crave, both personally and professionally.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy offers a dynamic and contemporary approach to helping that can enable you to build change into your life in the shortest possible time. You will explore, in detail, your preferred future, and what resources and skills are already contributing to that preferred future.

Each session is designed to be a single, complete session, as though it may be the one and only therapy session you undertake. However, it is not a ‘one-off’ session. It is a highly structured, individually tailored session which attempts to maximise your first therapeutic encounter, whilst at the same time understanding, that if needed, further sessions are available

Hello, my name is Lisa. I am a professionally trained, experienced, Therapeutic Counsellor, specialising in solution focused brief therapy. I offer highly confidential, discreet therapy sessions to adults of all ages.

OFFICE DAYS / HOURS: Monday–Wednesday 12pm-4pm ONLY. Real-time calls / texts will be answered during office hours ONLY. We offer a free 15-minutes discovery call for you to ask questions and to find out whether solution focused brief therapy is the therapy for you.

WORKING DAYS / HOURS: Tuesday-Wednesday 2pm-8pm ONLY.

SESSIONS / FEES: Telephone-based Solution Focused Brief Therapy: £80 per 60 minutes session.

BOOKING / PAYMENT: All sessions to be booked verbally. No same day sessions. All sessions to be paid, in full, at the time of booking. Secure Payment via BACS.
