Dark oak colour shoe storage cabinet that can an average of 9 pairs of shoes (even more if you have small shoes/childrens shoes) on 3 fixed shelves. It’s in a good condition with the exception of a small blemish on the top right back part of the shelf where during installation I placed a nail too high in the backboard and it hit the top of the cabinet producing a small mark. Other than that it’s in very good condition (The latch you see on the front and the gel corners are there as we baby proofed it but very easily removed) Dimensions: Height - 68CM Length - 77CM Depth - 34CM

3 seater and 2 (cuddler) seater grey sofa in good condition. No rips and comes from a pet/smoke free household. 2 stains on the back of the cuddler which will come out after a good clean. Purchased just over 2 years ago from DFS. The 3 seater sofa does break down to make it easier to move.

Coffee table dfs hardly used was £300 . 2x chairs very sturdy modern design has been repaired with contrasting patches and with areas of wear and tear but were originally £250 each. Be of use in a house share or temporary while awaiting furniture. Non smoking pet free home, offers welcome as need to clear.
