My client is looking for someone to provide day-to-day support to the manager in ensuring that the team deliver against team and individual objectives and projects. You will be proactively looking to improve the quality of customer service by reviewing casework and decisions made. Your new role The successful candidate will be: Mentor and induct new and existing members of the team. Support the manager to ensure the meets team and individual objectives, through matrix management. Act as a lead on team projects and signoff on outputs. This includes monitoring and reporting on progress to ensure smooth progression and timely delivery. Quality assure and check the work of the team. Enable continuous improvement through the provision of targeted training and mentoring to colleagues within the team. This includes changing systems and processes where necessary. Analyse and investigate the root cause of complex or highly sensitive adverse incidents, complaints and flagged issues that have a significant impact on quality. Work with subject matter experts and senior management to identify the learning and make recommendations for improvement. Plan and carry out targeted reviews that clearly articulates areas of strength, areas of ongoing risk, and recommendations for improvement. Triangulate findings by drawing together insights from various sources and stakeholders. Produce bespoke reports for different audiences highlighting the findings and outcomes from team activities such as senior management, executive board, council and associated committees.
