Beckenham Cricket Club (BR3)
Salary: ÂŁ11,000-ÂŁ13,000K depending on experience + Benefits

Centerplate UK are one of the UK's leading hospitality providers. We are looking to recruit a talented and passionate part-time Sales Executive to support our existing at Beckenham Cricket Club for 25hrs over 4-5 days per week.

Your responsibility will be to drive proactive sales for non-match day within your Branch. You will also provide the effective delivery of sales of events by providing experience and knowledge ensuring quality standards are achieved and maintained.

Duties & Responsibilities:



• To continually search for new opportunities to increase sales in the venue through the engendering of a sales culture, focused marketing and account management.

• To support the production of the annual sales and marketing plan.

• To implement the company's sales standards and procedures.

• To undertake sales activities.

• To manage and develop revenue from a prescribed number of major accounts.

• Co-ordinating best practice with other venues and overseeing smaller contracts where assistance is required.

• Liaising with Head Office and Marketing team to ensure company policy and best practice is being adhered to.

• Effective market research; monitoring industry direction and trends and adjusting area strategy in line with these trends.

• Prepare marketing collaterals, mail shots, events, newsletter and other methods of communicating with clients both potential and existing.

• Work to and evolve a sales and marketing strategy to maximise business sales and profitability.

• Reporting directly to Sales Manager / Regional Manager on a daily / weekly basis.


Key Skills & Qualifications:



• 1-2 years proactive sales experience, ideally with driving conference and event sales.

• Must be able to attack personal sales delivery targets, achieving these targets across the business on a monthly and annual basis.
