Full-Time - Permanent role, 37.5 Hours per Week Location - MUST be local to Belfast City Centre or be able to reliably commute to site. Initially training will be facilitated on our Belfast City Centre Site, working at home opportunity after 12-week training and settling in period (providing key performance metrics have been met). Salary: £10.66 per hour, £20,787 per year. Opening hours: 8.00am until 8:00pm Monday to Sunday. Please ensure you are fully flexible between these times. We need to be there when our customers need us, and so full flexibility is essential within these hours. Having a positive attitude and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life is essential in insuring that customers, receive great communication (both written and verbal). The ability to quickly establish rapport with customers, to listen and resolve underlying issues with drive and enthusiasm to see things through to completion insuring that customer's issues are resolved in an accurate and timely manner. A good level of computer literacy, combined with the ability to write clear and accurate notes keeping customer records up to date and specific. Must be quick learner who is adaptable to changes processes and procedures. W
