Our client is a global leader of Surgical Devices and is in search of a driven and enthusiastic Territory Manager to join their fast-growing sales team. This is an exciting position responsible for direct sales, promotion, demonstrations and training of a leading Surgical Devices portfolio to clinical staff in hospitals across the North of the Republic of Ireland. Ideal Requirements Ideally you will have strong sales experience in the Medical Device industry. Ideally some experience of working in surgical theatre setting. Experience of multi-stakeholder opportunity management. Proven success in a target driven environment. Educated to degree level in a scientific subject. Self-motivation, with an innovative or entrepreneurial approach, ability to work collaboratively and a will to win attitude. Role Responsibilities This post is responsible for establishing direct sales of the medical/surgical product range on the territory. The role involves demonstrating medical/surgical equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carrying out meetings with Business and Procurement Managers with a view to growing market share for their portfolio as well as providing after sales support. Managing the sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using ISP. Accurate & regular forecasting of sales opportunities. Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings. Deliver post sales training, commissioning, and support for new and existing customers across product portfolio. Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions. Ensure diary is managed effectively to maximise customer interactions & manage sales activities through the effective use of CRM.
