Legal Counsel 2 PQE Renewable Energy Home based with some UK / International travel An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding international, renewables company. Working as part of a global in-house legal team you will look after all the supplier and subcontractor agreements on a global basis. This will include Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements with suppliers and subcontractors Maintaining the global commercial agreement precedents for supply and major subcontracts Preparing and implementing training programmes to the business You will be a qualified lawyer, currently working in-house or in private practice, with experience dealing with supplier and subcontractor agreements. Experience of working in construction and internationally would also be beneficial. Excellent scope for career development.
