Our client, a leading technical innovation company based in Cambridge, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a vital role in attracting and recruiting new team members. Our client is looking for a strong, proactive and professional recruiter.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in adding value to the business by attracting and recruiting excellent Science, Technology, Engineering, Design and Mathematics talent across mid-level vacancies. The role reports into the current Talent Acquisition Partner for mid-level recruitment and will assist them in ensuring that our client is attracting and recruiting the best possible talent, using up to date resourcing solutions.
Our client has ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years and they anticipate a continuous recruitment cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your understanding of what it takes to attract high calibre applicants in a competitive industry sector.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Direct sourcing of talented candidates for a range of roles including software, electronics, physics, mathematics, science and design vacancies
* Reviewing and shortlisting of CVs
* Interviewing candidates
* Running pre-briefs and de-briefs with the interview teams to ensure efficient use of interview time and collating comments and views
* Providing guidance and advice on best practice to hiring managers in relation to recruitment queries
* Liaising with line managers and producing detailed job specifications for each vacancy
* Advertising vacancies in the appropriate way, including job boards, LinkedIn etc.
* Ensuring decisions on every applicant are followed through
* Keeping interview and recruitment reports up to date.
