Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to cover a group of 3 companies with offices based along the M4 corridor from Cardiff to Swindon
Health and Safety Manager will be required to undertake/oversee all of the health and safety aspects of the companies whose departments include : -
1/ Pipework Services
2/ Plant installations
3/ Mechanical/Electrical Services
4/ Manufacturing and structural steel fabrications
5/ HVAC serices
It would be preferable if Health and Safety Manager candidates can demonstrate previous experience in taking any previous employer/company through the accreditation process for Health and Safety at work.
Health and Safety Manager may be required to become involved with writing RAMS and must be able to show a strong health and safety background/ethic through tade specific H&S cards/certs NEBOSH/IOSH/National Diploma qualifications.
It would be preferable if the Health and Safety Manager candidate had previous experience in the nuclear sector
42.75 hour week anticipated on this Health and Safety Manager contract - Monday to Friday and a salary of £35k-£40k is anticipated - salary is negotiable depending upon experience
