Senior Quantity Surveyor
Exeter
Permanent / Full-Time
£50,000-£55,000 & Senior benefits package
Sphere Solutions are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a national contractors on a multi storey student accommodation project.
The role:
* Commercial / Financial management of a project in excess of £10m
* Sub-contractor procurement, management and liaison
* Site based, reporting back to the regional office
* Interim valuations, reconciliations, final accounts
* Reporting on projects profitability
* Liaison with other senior project team members
* Manage a small commercial team
The candidate:
* Suitable construction experience at Senior Surveyor level
* Proven ability to manage a number of sites, with projects in excess of £10m
* Good main contracting experience
* Longevity with previous employers
* Full driving license
On offer is an excellent salary, Circ £55,000, Car allowance and mileage paid, Private Health Care, Excellent pension contributions and Generous holiday allowance.
