NEW ROLE This leading Law firm who are only a short walk from Cannon Street Station are currently seeking a well-established Legal Secretary to join their busy Commercial Litigation team. The role will be supporting a fee earning team of four, with at least one partner and working alongside a team of 3 other secretaries; assisting with covering holidays/absences where necessary. This is a very busy fast-paced role, which demands great organisational skills, patience, resilience, and a calm approach. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships are essential. Salary: £45,000 Hybrid : 2 days in the office 3 from home Location: Cannon Street / Mansion House Main Responsibilities: - Assisting with billing, cash collections and accounts queries - Booking client and internal meetings, video and audio conferences - Handling confidential information - Creating bundles, both hard and soft copy. - Effective prioritisation and ownership of tasks - Filing, archiving, photocopying and scanning documents The ideal candidate: - Extensive IT skills, particular in Microsoft package and prior experience of working with a case management system - Team oriented - knowledge of pdf docs and file sharing platforms - focused client service approach is essential - A secretarial Diploma or equivalent would be beneficial but it not essential.
