Description
This is a none billing role supporting the senior recruiters and Directors within an established specialised recruitment agency.

This could be an ideal role for somebody that wants to move away from a billing role however still wishes to utilise their recruitment experience
The salary is £25,000 + bonus of between £250 and £500 for each assignment you work on dependent on level of involvement.

The hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm with no expectation to work beyond these hours.

This will be concentrating on high level candidates from the education, Local government and housing sectors. The roles recruited for will be long term interim positions which will involve liaising with candidates and clients at Director/board level.

Applicants for this position must have a professional nature, be articulate and very organised.

This role offers a huge amount of verity and involvement without the pressures of sales, targets or KPI's.

Although this role doesn't target you on sales you will still be expected to liaise with clients and candidates and do if needed the tasks that would be associated in a full 360° role

It’s a relaxed working environment that has a feel of team work and unity, many jobs overlap so consultants pass over to over consultants and as you will be floating between the various divisions you will get a valuable insight into the business as a whole and be a key member of the team.

You will also have plenty of opportunity to get out of the office visiting clients, candidates attending meeting and seminars.

Overall responsibilities

Specific responsibilities (summarised but not limited to):
- Maintain good client and candidate relationships to support the development of new and existing accounts.
- Carry out research and compile information to assist consultants when compiling proposals, tenders, client meetings and new business.
- Carry out research into agreed targeted market / sector, to identify key contacts in order to develop bus
