Description
Artemis is a small, boutique independent agency specialising in Office and IT roles and we have been established since 2000. We are looking for a dynamic, well organised and experienced recruitment administrator/resourcer who is very happy to work in a small team and autonomously, to join us ASAP. The role will involve all office administration, answering of phones, filing, interviewing of candidates, writing profiles of candidates to send to clients, processing of reference checks, searching/resourcing candidates, managing the company diary, updating the company database, mailshots, sending out invoices, managing temps and dealing with employee queries. It is essential that you have experience or knowledge of social media and excellent IT/MS office skills as well as a flexible, hands on, positive attitude. If you are extremely well spoken, articulate and have excellent attention to detail and written English skills, experience or interest in recruitment and happy to work in a small but fun recruitment company, please apply
