As Sous Chef you'll assist and deputise for the Head Chef in the management, preparation, delivery of all food within the venue, aiming for the highest standards. You'll need to show a good track record of managing and developing teams, and have a true passion for foodWhat we are looking for in Sous Chef applicants: A minimum of 2 years as Sous Chef within hotels, events or venues Clear stable progression throughout your CV Good knowledge of HACCP and kitchen finances A creative outlook with a positive attitude towards work You will be a team player, happy to support and mentor junior team members
