Our client specialises in physical managed server hosting with over 3,000 customer servers currently being managed, monitored and maintained by over 30 employees. The company’s 600 customers include innovative technology businesses, major software and design agencies Nationwide.
They are looking for someone who has commercial experience in a B2B capacity, working within a commercially focused environment. Successful candidates will have a background in the digital agency or IT sector and have experience selling to large corporate and consumer brands, as well as being seasoned at the pitching process.
Responsibilities include:
·Taking a strategic approach to targeting new prospects
·Understanding clients’ requirements and, alongside pre-sales, help translate this into deliverable requirements
·Working with the Bid Manager throughout the tender process and owning the proposition
·Pitching a solution, and the company in a competitive capacity in order to win new business
·Contract negotiation
