Our reputable client based on the outskirts of Northampton are currently seeking an Administrator to join their growing organisation on a permanent basis.
As a Central Administrator, you will be required to provide comprehensive administration and clerical support ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality at all times. On a day to day basis, you will be supporting the Human Resources and Payroll departments, therefore must have an adaptable and flexible attitude to work.
Duties Include:
• To deal with all telephone enquiries in a professional manner, ensuring the correct information is taken and relayed to the relevant individual/department
• To complete various administrative duties to the highest levels of accuracy
• To assist in the collation of statistical information as required
• Distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail
• To organise meetings as required ensuring the relevant space is organised
• Ensuring all site policies and protocol are adhered to on a day to day basis
• Assisting in the planning, preparation and distribution of relevant customer information, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality are maintained
• To support and participate in any area of audit and research as required
• To be accountable for the maintenance of computerized staff and agency rotas and monthly pay sheets, producing a monthly analysis of all performance/staffing budgets and admin expenditure.
• Maintaining stationary supplies
• Managing customer payments ensuring the highest levels of accuracy
• Responsible for the distribution of petty cash/re-imbursements and submission of returns
• To be responsible for reporting all minor maintenance work for the unit - logging this information as appropriate
