Description
Vital Helpdesk role, technical area of work, supporting an international network of distribution channels across Europe. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues by identifying, analysing, diagnosing and restoring service through the use of established processes and procedures. The primary objective for the position is to deliver an excellent technical suppoet service and a great customer experience, whilst minimizing down time to our internal colleague user base. We deal with an average of 800 dept issues per week, working a flexible rota shift system - 7.00am – 3pm or 8 – 4pm or 9 – 5pm We also work Bank Holidays although these are not mandatory and can be booked off as leave. There is no requirement, however, to work evenings or weekends. located in an international manufacturers IT engine room, this role is pivitol to the success of the business.
