German speaking customer experience consultant - £19,700 per annum The Work Shop is delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading outsourced call centres. Based in the UK since 2000 our client offers bespoke solutions to meet their customer’s requirements. The Job: The Customer Experience Consultant (CEC) has both a front office (call centre) and back office (admin) responsibility. The CEC deals directly with customers on the phone, by email or in writing. The purpose of the job is to provide a fantastic customer experience by always responding quickly and professionally. The CEC also helps to send the right information to our warehouse partners so that the product is delivered on time and further ensures that the correct amount is banked in the right way (whether payment is by cheque, credit card or direct debit). They also oversee all other back office functions linked to looking after subscribers and telemarketing clients ranging from printing of letters to despatch runs. The candidate: - You must be fluent in both German and English - Be confident at translating text from English to Herman and German to English - Confident with IT systems including Excel and Word - Previous customer service experience is desirable but to essential 40 hours per week, shifts between 9am-8pm on a rota basis Salary - £19,780.80
