Warehouse Operative - Days

Blue Arrow are recruiting now for a number of warehouse workers to join their client in Hoo, Rochester. Our client is a fashion logistics business whose own clients are some of the most prestigious fashion brands in the clothing industry. The warehouse is a clean, light and airy environment to work in, and the client prides themselves on operating a professional and safe working environment to all employees. Shift available is- Days: 2pm-10pm Monday - Friday You will have a 30-minute break during your shift. Facilities onsite include a clean and comfortable self-service staff canteen, with fridges provided for you to store any food and drinks and also microwaves for the heating of hot food. There are also vending machines available for you to buy snacks and drinks. Free hot drinks are available throughout the site from free-vend machines. Pay- Days: £10.26 There is a dedicated staff bus service provided to and from Strood train station at a cost of £1.50 each way, and free parking available for those who wish to drive to and from work. This is an opportunity to work regular full shifts with consistent weekly hours as part of a dedicated and committed team, with thorough induction and training in place. If you are positive with a can-do attitude and are willing to work hard and able to deliver a high level of performance this could be the role for you Duties will include but are not limited to: - Using a handheld device to pick products - Dealing with inbound deliveries and put aways - Picking and packing clothing - Moving goods and general warehouse duties The client operates a holiday ban between 17th November - 8th January as this is their peak trading period although pre-booked holidays are honoured.
