Description

We currently have vacancies for the right person to join our clients growing team as a Print Assistant, undertaking the tasks below, with great opportunities and future prospects for the right candidate. As a Print assistant, you will be working with a team of Print Operators to ensure production requirements are met and a high standard of quality is produced and work efficiently to change over Printing Press’s to set targets and work efficiently to prepare machines equipment to enable quick changeovers. * Work efficiently to prevent and reduce press downtime * Maintain ancillary equipment to a high standard * Order Raw materials such as Substrate, Ink, and accessories in order to maintain constant supply during machine operation. * Loading and unloading of reels on and off the press * Daily checks of equipment * Removal of material waste containers from factory for recycling * Ensure the necessary protective equipment is worn /used at all times. This position involves working 37.5 hours per week on a 3 shift rotating pattern. Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 14:00 Friday 06:00 to 11:30 Monday to Thursday 14:00 to 22:00 Friday 11:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday 22:00 to 06:00 Friday 17:00 to 22:30 * Competitive salary, overtime, and bonus scheme * Potential to grow and develop within the team * 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays * Contributory pension scheme Totally nonsmoking site, Free car parking Canteen
