Wine and olive growing estate

9 hectare estate located in Northern Sardinia, between Porto Torres and Alghero, a few kilometers from the west coast. Land divided between 6 hectares of vineyard, 2 of olive groves and 1 of Mediterranean forest. The agricultural land is totally irrigated. The vineyard, planted in 2007, is made up as follows: 2 hectares of Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, 1/2 hectare of Bovale PGI, 3 hectares of Cannonau DOC. The olive grove, planted in the same year, is made up of 420 Bosana cultivar plants. The uncultivated part is suitable for the construction of structures for residential or agricultural use and given its favorable position also for the creation of accommodation facilities. There are 2 perfectly functioning artesian wells with 3 cisterns of 20,000 liters each and connected to the irrigation system. The farm is served by the National Electricity Service. The entire property is fenced with a 2 meter high chain link fence.

The company is currently in certified organic production and annually delivers its grapes to a well-known winery in northern Sardinia.
