Hello, I’m a Dutch therapist based in London with 4 years of hands-on experience in bodywork and relaxation therapy.

I offer Mobile Zen Relaxation — a calm, grounding floor-based treatment designed to help you slow down, unwind, and release both physical and mental tension. It’s created especially for people living fast-paced London lives who need a real reset, not just a quick massage.

This is a mindful, floor-based experience using a professional high-density mat, allowing for slow, flowing techniques that help the body fully relax and the mind switch off. Many clients describe it as deeply grounding, restorative, and quietly transformative.

It’s a safe, comfortable space where you can fully let go and recharge.

I arrive at your home or hotel with everything needed to create a peaceful environment:

Professional massage mat for full-body comfort on the floor

Organic essential oils (lavender, sandalwood, jasmine) or just natural oils to support relaxation

Soft ambient soundscape to help you fully unwind

A calm, respectful and professional presence throughout the session

My sessions are open to men, women, and couples.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, long office hours, “tech-neck,” or simply need time to reset your nervous system — each session is adapted to your needs in that moment.

For couples, a second qualified therapist can join to ensure both of you are treated at the same time.
