I am a qualified massage therapist with more than ten years of experience in massage, beauty and wellbeing. My approach is warm, intuitive and attentive, combining professional massage techniques with a calm and personalised way of working.

I believe everybody is different, which is why I adapt each treatment to how you are feeling on the day. Before we begin, we can discuss your preferences, any areas of tension and what you would like from your session.

My treatments may combine:

* Gentle Assisted Stretching

Depending on your needs, I can use slower, flowing movements for relaxation or more focused techniques to work on areas of muscular tension and stiffness. Gentle stretching may also be incorporated to support flexibility and mobility.

There is never a need to rush. I want you to have time to settle into the treatment, feel comfortable and properly switch off from everyday demands.

Whether you are dealing with muscular tension, physical fatigue, everyday stress or simply feel that your body needs some attention, your massage will be adapted to you rather than following a standard routine.

For me, massage is also about giving yourself permission to slow down. My aim is to create a peaceful, nurturing experience that allows you to leave feeling lighter, calmer and more at ease.
