Hello I have been a Holistic Therapist for 17 years and I always aim to fit my treatments to my clients needs. I strive to improve the general well being of my clients, as well as empower them to take control of their own health as much as possible. Swedish Body Massage or Relaxation Massage 60 mins £60 Swedish Body Massage is used to maintain physical health, it helps to alleviate the build up of stress and tension in the muscles from everyday use. The main purpose is to increase oxygen flow to the muscles and aid the body to remove the build up of toxins. Improves muscle tone and balance. Reduce oedema (excess fluid in the tissue). Improved elasticity to the skin. Feeling of well-being and enhanced self-esteem. Relaxation Massage is all about relaxing. Aromatherapy oils will be used to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body. It focuses on giving you time to recover from the stresses of daily life. Pressure that is deeply relaxing, but not painful. A treatment that is designed to soothe and relax you, not to relieve chronic pain or other underlying ailments.
