Allow yourself to try a Therapeutic massage, where I can use thermal packs, hot stones, hot oil, while using my hands to massage your muscles. Sometimes I can use a technique of trigger points, helping to decompress the tension accumulated.

My technique has a Swedish base style, but if you prefer a Deep Tissue or a Relax soft massage it is possible too.

I attend in a private good level place, I have a therapy room prepared with a massage table, fresh towels and clean equipments. If possible to you have a shower before the massage, I highly recommend it.
