I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist (ITEC & MTI) who would like to invite you for a moment of relaxation and unwind.

I am also an experience, professional Personal Trainer working in the gym industry. I massage a lot of people who exercise such as runners, weightlifters, and rugby or football players.

Training can be difficult and requires an enormous amount of dedication and hard work. Massage and an especially a deep tissue massage will speed up your recovery after exercise, keep the muscles healthy and in superior condition to enhance performance. Massage assists this by improving muscle tone and helping to prevent fatigue and muscular atrophy which could result in injury.
