I am Level 3 qualified in Sports Massage and provide professional massage appointments.

I offer three main treatment options. Relaxation and Swedish massage uses gentle, traditional techniques and is suitable for people who want to take some time to unwind. Sports massage is designed for people who take part in exercise or sport and prefer a more focused treatment. I also offer posture-focused sessions for people who spend long periods working at a desk or using a computer.

I travel to the client and bring everything required for the appointment, including a professional massage table, towels and equipment. A clean towel is prepared for each appointment.

Each session is arranged individually, with the treatment adjusted according to the client’s requirements. I maintain a clean and organised setup and take a careful, professional approach throughout every appointment.
