Bodywork and Massage for Emotional Detox

I offer a relaxing and healing full body massage (excluding gen*tal area), I combine Swedish, Thai, Lomi Lomi and Deep Tissue Massage techniques as well as my own intuition to balance your emotional, physical and spiritual using organic grapeseed hot oil, reducing all your stress and leaving you relaxed and re energised.

I am also trained in deep body work for Emotional Detox and Trauma Release. This session requires a longer time to allow the body getting ready to let go of trapped emotions, using tools like breath work, sound, Daoist techniques, Meridian Pressure Point and deep bodywork. At the beginning of the session we will start with a connection ritual using the deep breath and gentle touch to tune in on an energetic level and earn the trust. This will allow you to feel more relaxed and get better results with the session.

My clients come to me for this experience for different reasons: Feeling disconnected from their own bodies, Being too much into their minds, Feeling emotionally and energetically drained, Depression, Lack of confidence, Rigidity, pain and or numbness in hip area, Breakup, divorce, ADHD, Anxiety

This session is 3-4 hours and it is recommended to take the full day to process and have a rest day after.

My sessions are massage and skilled bodywork, this isn't a code for extra services, they can be slightly sensu*l and build up chi life force energy but none of my massages include s** or HE. This is a healing service provided to reserve your energy to empower you, not drain you.

I make sure that I create a safe space for you to feel yourself, with no judgment and no expectations. A safe space where you can be vulnerable, express your trapped emotions and let them go to feel so much lighter and free after. We will work on release any repressed emotion that was not expressed in childhood, adolescence or adulthood
