Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. As a Reiki practitioner I use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which energy is transferred through the palms of myself to you the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Full Body Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is a type of technique which uses deep pressure. Combining slow strokes and notable finger and elbow pressure, the purpose is to release the tension, stress and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues.

Full Body Swedish Massage

The Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massages you can get. It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. Massage oil or lotion is used to protect the skin from friction. If you have allergies, please inform me before we start.
