The techniques of massage practised in Thailand are world-renown and have a long history but their purpose is simple: to relieve and relax the recipient, leaving them feeling calm, peaceful and lifted.

The techniques of Thai massage (performed traditionally without oils) may also be mixed with oils used in aromatherapy or balms to alleviate aches. The recipient may choose to enjoy a whole body massage or may request that the therapist focuses on a certain area for example, head, neck, back or feet.
